The World Peace Mural Tour is the creation of Renda Writer, but it would not be possible without the help and assistance of others. This page is intended as a place for Renda Writer to express his gratitude for everyone who has helped, and is helping, with this project.

1. Kathleen Ford - Thank you for being my friend and fellow poet for all these years, and thank you so much for believing in the World Peace Mural tour enough to present it to Mel Weiss. That simple act of kindness set all the wheels in motion for this project, and for that I am beyond grateful for you.
2. Mel Weiss - Thank you so much for believing in this project and for your generous sponsorship and support. None of this would be possible if not for you. I extend the utmost gratitude and thankfulness to you, and I hope you enjoy watching this project unfold, and seeing your contribution being put to good use. I hope to make you proud and show you how I can turn your generosity into a vehicle for conveying a much needed message to humanity.
3. Fernando Cosme & Britni Garcia - Thank you for giving me to the opportunity to create the very first World Peace Mural in the campaign. Involving me in the art beautification project at Allapattah Middle (Georgia Jones-Ayers Middle School) provided me with a great way to kick off the campaign, and I am so happy to say that the whole thing started at your school. Thank you for the paint, the hospitality, and the perfect working conditions. Very, very grateful for you two.
3. Ed Burnette - Thank you for finding me a wall in the MASS District in Fort Lauderdale and for helping me to lay down the base coat of paint. You have always helped, supported, and been interested in the things that I do, and your support in this project is no exception. You've got a great soul, and a great heart. No wonder we get along so well. Again, so grateful that you played the main role in getting me my second wall in this campaign. Anything you ever need from me, just holler. I love you, man! UPDATE: I also really need to thank you for that beautiful article that you wrote about me and The World Peace Mural Tour for your MASS District blog. Very awesome!!
4. Sev Rodriquez - Thank you for allowing me to create a World Peace Mural on your building in Asheville. When I called you out of the blue and asked if I could write "World Peace" all over your building, you could have very easily said "No," but you chose not to. You listened to my idea, and you gave me the green light, without ever meeting me. I am so grateful for your kindness in helping me to create the first World Peace Mural outside of Florida. This was a real landmark achievement for me.
5. Casandra Tanenbaum - Thank you for designing my first set of marketing materials for The World Peace Mural Tour. I am so grateful for you lending me your time and your talents, not to mention you're also just a great friend and have been since back in the day.
6. Kyle Willis - Thank you for letting me know about the "Living Wall" opportunity in Jacksonville, for letting me stay with you while I was in Jacksonville, for hanging out with me while I worked on the mural, for taking pics of me while working, and of course for being such a great friend for all of these years. I know I've thanked you before, but again, I must say that I am really grateful for you and who you are.
7. Steve Williams - Thank you for being such an ardent supporter of the art scene in Jacksonville and for opening up your wall as a "Living Wall" for artists like myself to create on. I know we have never met, but I found your name after turning your wall into a World Peace Mural, and I was so happy to see you posting your support on Facebook for what I had done. Thank you for unknowingly playing a key role in this tour. I hope to meet you one day. Thank you.
8. Amir Youseff - Thank you for allowing me to create my fifth World Peace Mural at your business, Chop Shop Wynwood. I think it came out great, and I am super grateful for you for giving me such a big wall to convey this important message of World Peace. Because of you, I can say that my message and my art are now an integral part of the aesthetic of the Wynwood Art District skyline. #Grateful
9. Lu & KC Arts Brokerage - Thank you so much for keeping in touch with me ever since we met in Miami for Art Basel in 2014. I am very grateful for your help in finding me a wall in Boston to create the first official mural in the World Peace Mural Tour. I believe in reciprocity, and if you ever need anything from me, please don't be afraid to ask. You know I'm here for you. Thanks again.
10. Alex "Lex One" Cruz - Thank you for giving me a great time lapse camera. I really appreciate it as a very valuable tool in this tour. I used it to shoot an awesome time lapse of my World Peace Mural in Asheville, and I expect to use it a whole lot more during this project.
11. Christian Portilla - Thank you so much for taking the time to interview about the World Peace Mural Tour for your article in The Miami Herald. The press has been so kind to me over the years, and it's writers like you that I most appreciate. Again, THANK YOU.
12. Jumanee N'Namdi - I really can't thank you enough, man. You've helped me out with my art career in so many ways, outside of just the World Peace Mural Tour project, and if I could ever repay you I would. Please accept a million Thank You's for now.
13. George R N'Namdi - I see where your son gets it from. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. You are a true supporter of the arts, and your family's energy is at the root of a few of my greatest projects. You are a Detroit icon, and I am so grateful to say that it was you that got me my wall in "America's Comeback City." And an extra thanks for getting me that scissor lift, which really helped me to get the mural done.
14. Jamie Chan & Jessica Rizkallah - I can't thank you guys enough for the vital role you played in making my trip to Boston and the installation of the World Peace Mural there smooth and easy. Helping with prepping the wall for the mural, taking pictures of me while working, feeding me, driving me around, and putting me up for a night... all of that is super appreciated. I am very grateful for you two.
15. Dana Gagnon - Dude, you are a true, genuine man with a big heart and an aura of intelligence and integrity. I am so glad to have met you and I look forward to staying in touch with you for the long term. Thank you for putting me up while I was in Boston, and for being so involved in everything I did while I was up there. You were a truly integral part of my stay in Boston, and I must thank Amir Youseff again for introducing the two of us.
16. Ruta Jureviciute - My fellow Lithuanian sister ;) Thank you so much to you and Liquid Art House for all that you are. Giving me the opportunity to create a Handwritten Mural at your place was so nice of you, and you helped to add a very cool component to my trip to Boston. Your support of the arts is commendable and I am super grateful for you and your venue. I'll be back.
17. Hillary Kaufman - So glad to have met you during my trip to Boston, and of course grateful for David McCauley for introducing us. Thank you so much for becoming a Renda Writer Art collector, and for being just plain cool and supportive. People like you keep me going, keep me motivated, and keep my career alive.
18. Paloma Duenas - Thank you for helping me with getting a wall in Mexico City, and for taking some awesome pics of me at the Bomb Wynwood event at Gallery 212 and also at the installation of the murals in Pompano Beach, Mexico City, and in Oviedo, at Maya Papaya Organic Farm.
19. Caitlin Electra - I am super appreciative of your efforts, your support, and your belief in me and all that I do with my art, and especially with The World Peace Mural Tour. I sincerely thank you for including me in your "Bomb Wynwood" event. I had a great time doing Live Art, and continuing to spread the message of World Peace at your iconic Wynwood gallery, Gallery 212. Also, thank you so so much for helping with the creation of the media kit, which very accurately summarizes the project. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
20. Ben Crandell - The article you wrote about The World Peace Mural Tour for The Sun-Sentinel was great. I have tremendous respect for you as a journalist and I am super appreciative for your role in helping to publicize what I'm doing. Thanks again.
21. Justin Glanton - I really have to thank the Universe for bringing you my way with such impeccable timing. Our paths crossed for a reason, and you played an integral role in my Detroit trip. You helped me out in so many ways, and I really appreciate everything you did. Your help with paint, transportation, lodging... all of that...very much appreciated. You were a puzzle piece in my life, and I think I was actually a puzzle piece in yours too. The gratitude is mutual, and our paths will certainly cross again.
22. Jackie Harabedian - You're probably the coolest person I met in Detroit. Just like with everything else with this trip, we met through a destined Universal synchronicity, and I am incredibly grateful for that. Thank you so much for showing me around and giving me a real local perspective. I hope to come back to Detroit for another mural and I'll be sure to connect with you again.
23. The Detroit Volunteers - Wow! I am beyond grateful that I had so much help from such a great group of volunteers who came out on a hot day to help me paint the wall white. You guys rocked it. Thanks to those of you that bought "World Wear by Renda Writer" T-shirts from me. Thank you for all the food and drink too. You literally gave me energy. When I first saw a picture of the wall, I knew I wouldn't be able to prep it all by myself. I knew I had to manifest a whole crew of volunteers in order to make it happen, and then I did it.... and you guys were it. Ahh, the Power of Intention! I thank the Universe for bringing you to me. THANK YOU: Britney from M.A.D.E., Justin, Jackie, Rob, Frank, Lisa, Jessica, Marian, Dennis, Melissa, Lily. And Frank... FRANK! I must single you out and thank you again for killin' that upper half of the wall. That was a big help! Huge!
24. Lauraly Atria - Thank you so much for all that you do, in general, for the arts, for the city, and for South Florida, and thank you for getting me a wall for my 8th mural, in Pompano Beach. Thanks for hanging out while I installed the mural and for being so supportive of this project. Utmost gratitude to you and everyone in the office at The City of Pompano Beach.
25. Cory O'Brien - Thank you for letting me borrow your ladder. Without it, I couldn't have installed the World Peace Mural in Pompano Beach, and for that I am very grateful. It might not seem like much, but your help was a vital puzzle piece in this overall project. Thank you. Thank you very much.
26. Melodie Blaize - I extend sincere thanks to you for allowing me to keep my van at your house while I travel. It might seem like a minor favor, but it actually really helps and I very much appreciate it. You are good peoples.
27. Sandra Madjdi - Meeting you opened me up to a whole new chapter, and a whole new group of people. I really can't thank you enough for all that you've done for me, and for the tour. You made me look good in Virginia, literally. You're my stylist, my sister, and my friend. I enjoy watching us both make major moves. You rock, girl. You rock!
28. Saghar "Erica" Kasraie - Wow. You really made my trip to Virginia a success. Thank you for everything. You pretty much got me everything I needed for the trip, and I am ridiculously grateful for that. Food, car, lodging, wall, company, conversation, promotion, publicity... you really helped me with everything. Everything. I look forward to working further with you. I'm glad to have you onboard.
29. Art Mart (Nina, Michelle, Justin) - I am so grateful for the serendipity that brought me to your venue, and so happy to have had the chance to turn one of your walls into a World Peace Mural. Everything about the experience of installing the mural at your venue was seriously perfect. I wish you guys luck in the future, and if you every need anything from me, please, just ask.
30. E. Grizzly - I know our time together in Philadelphia was a bit brief, but I thank you for letting me crash with you for a night, and for showing me around a bit. I will definitely be back, and I'll be sure to connect with you.
31. Mark Dockum - Dude, we've known each other since we were like 10 years old!! Can you believe it? I'm so happy that I got to connect with you when I came out to Philadelphia for the tour. You were a big help, and I am super grateful for everything, big and small, that you did for me and helped me with: crashing at your house, borrowing your ladder, giving me spray paint, giving me rides, beer, food, etc. Thanks again, man! I'll definitely see you again real soon, when I return to Philadelphia for more murals.
32. Santiago & Lechonera Principe - I was in Virginia and done with my mural there, and I decided I wasn't ready to go back to Florida. So I hopped on a bus to Philly, hoping to do a mural, even though I had no confirmed wall and no leads there. Like I often do, I just went with my gut, which lead me to your restaurant, and I just walked in and asked if I could write "World Peace" all over your wall. You said yes, and totally confirmed my belief in pronoia. Thank you so much!!!
32. Liz Cohane - First, I have to thank your sister, Jen, for connecting us. I love watching and experiencing how the Universe works and how it unfolds to give us what we want, through the people we meet and the people we know. Through the Universe... and through Jen I met you, and through you I got my second mural in Philadelphia. I'm very grateful for your help in introducing me to Sam, and of course thankful for Sam for giving me permission to do the mural. Also, thanks for letting me crash for a night, and please send my gratitude to everyone at New Wave Cafe. What a cool place!
33. PHL Channel 17 & David Grzybowski - One of the things that I like best about doing this tour and getting the word out about World Peace is getting press coverage for my efforts, and I was so pleased to have been featured on the PHL Channel 17 morning show. David, you are a great journalist and a great guy. I am very grateful for your sincere interest in my tour and my art. Our interview was great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
34. Yadain Cultural Solutions - Just like with the other two murals that I did in Philadelphia, the World Peace Mural I did at your business was the product of faith, universal synchronicity, and good vibes. When I walked into your business blindly and pitched the idea to you, I had a feeling you'd agree to it. Only two days later, I did the mural, shot a great time lapse, and even brought you some TV news coverage. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I will be back.
35. KYWTV CBS Philly & Ed Specht - I know that when it comes to the press, they're just doing their job by covering the news, so a "Thank You" is not necessarily needed, but I can't help it. I am just full of abundant gratitude, and I really have to express it and say thanks to Ed Specht and to the whole news team at CBS Philly. Covering the news is your job, but you made the choice to cover my mural installation, and for that I am incredibly grateful.
34. Bloom Art Center - I am so grateful for this awesome place and it's even more awesome people. Because of The Bloom Art Center, I created what is one of my favorite World Peace Murals to date, and I am happy and grateful to say that it was done with the help and support of a great bunch of people. All of you were instrumental in the creation of the 14th World Peace Mural and it was great meeting you all. Shout outs to Derek Donnelly, Mitzi Gordon, James Oleson, Dan Sheridan, Zulu Painter, Freddie Fred, Emily Stone, & The Biebs. I pulled an "all-nighter" working on the mural and worked about 16 hours total. What an adventure! Thank you, everyone.
35. David McCauley - I'm really just always grateful to know you and have you as a friend, but right here I must also acknowledge you with gratitude for your help in partnering up with me for the Rise Up Gallery / World Peace Mural Tour fundraiser event that we did at Brick in Wynwood. I literally could not have done the event without you. We were up against record heat and Zika propaganda, but I think we still had a good time and had a decent event. Thanks again, man. You've always played a key role in my art career, and I'm happy to see that now you've played a role in The World Peace Mural Tour.
36. Hektad - So you got a random message on Instagram from a some dude from Miami asking if you can help him find a wall in NYC to do a mural... and you respond... and you say "yes"... and you follow through, and do what you say you're gonna do. That's integrity. That's respect. That's commendable... and for that... and for you, I am grateful. That's the kinda thing that keeps humanity moving forward. Please stay in touch. I thank you, and everyone behind the scenes at First Street Green Art Park.
37. SacSix - This entire tour has been filled with so much synchronicity, so much serendipity, and so many "coincidences," and I consider meeting you and working with you to be one of the most significant of all these universal connections. Straight up, you are a good dude... a good man. I guess it makes sense that we linked up... you've got that "305 Energy." Thank you for the couch crash, the The Skinny hook-up, the Viacom hook-up, and all the other ways in which you helped a humble artist and messenger of peace out along his journey. And after all that in New York, fast forward to Art Basel, and we connected in Miami and collaborated on my 25th mural, which came out awesome. We killed it! Very grateful to say that my first collaboration mural in this tour was with you.
38. Joseph Santiago - Since we're both thoroughly tapped in to the workings of the Universe, I guess it's not surprise that our plans for visiting New York overlapped and we were able to hang out. I've always valued our friendship
39. Patricia Santiago - I've known your son for several years, and I'm glad that I finally got the chance to meet you. Thank you for letting me stay at your house for a night. I send you positive energy, and wishes for good health, fortune, and a prosperous and happy future.
40. Katie Barre - "Katie is cool." I wouldn't write that 100 times on a piece of paper if it weren't true. I'm glad to have met you so many years ago, happy we've stayed in touch, and of course, very grateful that you let me stay with you.
41. Justin Salsberg - We've come a long way since back in the day. It's always good catching up with you and hanging out. I really appreciate you letting me crash with you for a night.
42. Justin Aversano - OK, so the universe brought me to a dude with a Peace Sign tattooed on his hand! If that isn't a sign that I'm on the right path and that we were supposed to meet, then I don't know what is. I really must thank you, and also Paulie Connor, for letting me turn your gate into a World Peace Mural. I had a blast working on the mural at The Bushwick Darkroom Collective, and I'm grateful that I was able to add a little "Peace Energy" to Troutman Street, all because of you. Again, Thank You. Please let me know if you ever need anything in Miami.
43. Kitty Hernandez - So one night I got on the wrong train in Brooklyn, and when I realized my mistake I got off and started walking to another station. On my way, I found a big piece of ceiling tile, and I turned it into a piece of art by writing, "I'm on the Universe's Payroll" on it. Then I left it out on the street, and the next day I saw that you had posted a picture of it online. That's how you became aware of me and my World Peace Mural Tour, and then you offered your front gate to me as a canvas for my next mural. So I came out, and did my 17th mural on your front gate and in turn received the ultimate verification that I really am "On The Universe's Payroll." What a story. So grateful for you and for everyone at Brooklyn Colony. And thank you, also for the cross-promotion with The G-Men. So much synchronicity. So much!!
44. Conrad Benner - I know you're a super busy dude, so it really means a lot to me that you took the time out to respond to my messages, and I'm so grateful that you connected me with Eric and Little Berlin, enabling me to create my 18th World Peace Mural. And including me in the "Philadelphia Goddam" show was definitely the cherry on top. Your commitment to the arts with Streets Dept is commendable, and I am grateful for you and what you've done for me. I hope to meet you in person some day, and would love to work with you again. Thanks.
45. Eric Preisendanz - When I came to Philadelphia the first time, in August, I was able to create 3 murals, which was awesome. I just knew I had to come back. I knew Philly had good energy. So I came back in September, connected with you, and got even more confirmation that Philly is an awesome city filled with awesome people, like you. You helped me out in every logistical aspect of getting the mural done... paint, lodging, transportation, food. You're a stand-up dude, and I enjoyed getting to know you a bit. You guys have a good thing going at Little Berlin and I hope to return some day.
46. Coral Bosch - You helped me to make this tour international! I am so grateful for your willingness to help out with this project. You are a true professional, a woman of your word, and a person with integrity and great energy. Plus, I met you through Paloma, so I knew you'd be cool. I thank you, and everyone at Art Park, and I am glad to add you to this list.
47. The Duenas Family - Olivia, Gregorio, Diego, and of course Paloma. Your family has a strong love energy, and I am so appreciative, and so grateful for you accepting me into your beautiful home, feeding me, showing me around Mexico City, supporting the idea of this tour, and for just being great people. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you all, and I am proud to say that you were my first international host family. Thank you again, for all that you did, all that you do, and all that you are.
48. Rolando Chang Barrero - I've always been grateful for you, and for all that you do for the art scene in South Florida. I am happy to publicly thank you right here for giving me a "canvas" for my 20th World Peace Mural, at home in the Boynton Beach Art District. You are a leader, a creator, a mensch and a good friend. I had a great time muralizing one of your bay gates for your yearly "Golden" event. #Grateful
49. Craig McInnis - I might not seem like a big deal, but you did let me borrow your ladder while I was working on my 20th World Peace Mural, and for that I am super duper grateful. Without you, I would have done a "half-mural," so your help was received, and is now recognized with utmost gratitude. I didn't come with a ladder because I know the Universe would somehow provide me with one, and it did... through you, my old friend from back in the WeMerge days. Also, it was a pleasure to work next to you and see you bangin' out a masterpiece.
50. Our Facebook Supporters - I have ALWAYS been a goal setter. Way before I created the World Peace Mural Tour, I was always the type of dude that measured progress by what goals have been set, reached, and surpassed. Most of my goals are not made public, because most of them don't involve the public, but for the goals I set that do involve the public, and the support of the public, I promote them heavily. So for the social media side of this tour, I set a goal of reaching 1,000 LIKES on Facebook by July 4th, 2016, the date of the installation of the Boston mural. I am happy to say that the goal was reached 2 days early. Then, I set a second social media goal of 2,000 LIKES by October 31st, 2016, and that goal was reached 5 days early. None of this would have happened if it were not for YOU, the person on Facebook that LIKED The World Peace Mural Tour page. If you haven't done so yet, please LIKE now. I thank you ahead of time, and I express my gratitude for you here and now: www.Facebook.com/WorldPeaceMuralTour. My next goal is 5,000 LIKES by June 15, 2017.
51. 360 Spaces - Claudia and Andrea, thank you so much for letting me turn the whole front of your business into a mural.
52. Craig Mills - You connected me with Frankie at Magciman Customs, and for that I am super grateful. You didn't even know me, but you saw what I was doing, and you saw a way to connect the dots, and to me, that's really what life is all about... connecting people with people in order to benefit the greater good. You did a good deed that the universe is sure to reward you for with good karma, if it hasn't alreay. Thanks again, man.
53. Magicman Customs - Frankie and Alan, you guys are awesome. Doing my 22nd World Peace Mural at your place was super fun. You were both really helpful in making sure that all my needs were met and all logistics were handled, and I am happy to add you to my gratitude list. I love the way that the mural came out, and I hope Coney Island appreciates it. Much thanks!
54. Share Media Agency - I am grateful for Osmany Caballero and Lior Halabi. Creating a World Peace Mural as part of your Share Art Pop-Up event in Miami Shores was really one of the highlights of the tour so far. It was a pleasure working with you guys, and I really appreciate you bringing me onboard for your event. This was my second interior mural in the tour, and I feel extra grateful for that, as you guys helped bring me and my art into the world of interior design. I really appreciate the exposure and the chance to expand this tour into a new realm. And thank you so much for also allowing me to sell my art in front of the mural. What a great experience.
55. Maya Fiallos - Everything about my trip to Maya Papaya Organic Farm and the creation of my World Peace Mural there was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have planned a better trip. Your hospitality, your energy, and your generosity fueled me and energized me. And the mural itself...wow!! I love the way it came out... the colors! My first mural on a farm... and my first mural of 2017... what a great experience! Thanks again, Maya. And I'm glad I also got to meet your Dad and your husband.
56. Eddie Kotlyarov - I'm really glad that you came out to watch the installation of the 26th World Peace Mural at Maya Papaya Organic Farm. It's always good to connect with peeps from back in the day. Much gratitude to you and Tori for having Paloma and I over for dinner, drinks, fireside chat, and desert. Ver kind, very hostpitable of you. Thanks again.
57. Mike Sick - Wow dude! Seriously, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for how much you helped out with my tour. It's because of you that I got 3 walls. 3 walls! So far, no one else on this list has connected me to 3 walls. I love how the universe works. It all happens through the people, and it happens that much quicker through the good people. People like you. Thank you so much, man. Really. When I think "Atlanta" I think "Mike Sick." You ever need anything from me, just holler. And shout out and special thanks to your boo, Mya. You guys are a cute couple and your energies are great. Thanks for everything, guys. Smiles. Hugs. Positive energy. ATL!!!
58. Monica Kinsey - I am so glad that Mike Sick connected the two of us. Doing 2 murals at The Revelry Room was super fun. I love the way they both came out, and I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much for putting me up at the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo hotel. Everything about my experience on my mini-trip from Atlanta to Chattanooga was great, and I thank you for being an integral part of it. Keep in touch.
59. Darrien Goodman - Doing a mural is about as awesome as an ice cream sundae. Having a chance to perform my poetry and display and sell my art at the site of one of my murals is the cherry on top. I can't thank you enough for including me in your event at Apache Cafe. It was really surreal to be selling and showing art and performing at a venue that I've been hearing about for over 10 years. I thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Local art scenes in cities all across America thrive because of people like you, the selfless community organizers and facilitators that make things happen.
60. Asa Fain - You are a cool cat, a man of your word, and a person that I am extremely grateful for. So happpy that I got to muralize 2 of your walls on this tour. I really can't understate just how kismet it was to meet you and work with you. I wish you continued success with your businesses. Apache Cafe is a blessing for the community, and so are you.
61. Shay J - It was a pleasure chatting with you, catching up, and building on these levels. You are the truth, and I thank you for coming out to check out both my Atlanta murals, and for buying a piece of art from me. You are the definition of "good peoples." I would wish you good luck in all your music endeavors, but I know you don't need it. You create your own luck, and you're good at it. Keep doin' it!
62. Erin O'Brien - Thank you for coming out to Apache Cafe, and for buying some art from me. I am super grateful to my boo, Paloma, for connecting us. I enjoyed our conversation and brief time hanging out, and thank you for telling me about Sharon and Notch 8 Gallery. Also, I can't thank you enough for the ways in which you helped out Paloma & I on my second trip to Atlanta. I have no idea how we would have dealt with that whole situation of the van being broken into if it were not for you and your help.
62. Kayla Lowman & Jodie Dunn - One of the main reasons why I travel is to meet new people and make new friends in new cities. You guys are my "new Atlanta friends" and it was great to hang out with you at both of my murals. Thank you so much for buying art from me, and for the food and everything, and of course thanks to Isaac for the introduction.
63. Joe Duenas - I don't know anything about shooting video, or video editing or anything like that, but luckily... I know you, and I am so grateful for you for taking the time to shoot and edit my GoFundMe video. I know that with any GoFundMe campaign, the video is always the most important part, and so I can't thank you enough for helping me to add that key ingredient to my campaign. With every new donation that comes in, I think of you and my gratitude for you. I'm glad that we've kept in touch over the years.
64. Brian Dillingham - I've know you for years, but we haven't spoken in quite a while, so I was delightfully surprised and filled with gratitude when I received a notification that you donated to my GoFundMe campaign. That was very nice of you, and I am happy to publicly thank you and add you to my gratitude list. Thanks again, man.
65. Brian Breach - You, sir, are most definitely deserving of my gratitude and inclusion on this list. I thank you for donating to my GoFundMe campaign, and also for all the help you've given me in boosting The World Peace Mural Tour Instagram page. Thanks again, homey.
66. Keri Nola - I have never met you, but the Universe did bring us together through this project, and I am very grateful for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. Every donation counts, every donation is received with gratitude, and every donation helps me to create more murals. Thanks again.
67. Michael Jacobson - I received your donation to the GoFundMe campaign with massive gratitude. Your donation put you at a level for me to thank you here on my ongoing gratitude list, and while I'm here thanking you for your donation, I should also thank you and express my gratitude for all that you've done for me even before I started the World Peace Mural Tour. You helped me to get my art hung in Wynwood, and for that I am grateful. Thanks again, and keep in touch.
68. Jonathan Vinazza - Thank you, brother, for your donation to the GoFundMe campaign, and for being a friend for over 10 years. I love you. Everyone reading this... please check out Jonathan's artwork at www.EvoliArt.com.
69. Alissa Alfonso - I am so grateful for you, Alissa, and for all of the teachers and students at Beachside Montessori Village. I can't thank you enough for booking me to be a part of the "Off The Canvas Live" event, giving me a chance to create the 31st mural in The World Peace Mural Tour, as well as a customized "Love Wall" mural. I had a great time, and I love how both murals turned out. Thanks again.
70. West Art District - It was super hot day, but creating the 32nd World Peace Mural at The West Art District in Orlando, Florida was a fun and exciting edition to the tour portfolio. I must thank Harrison Rai for his help in making it happen. It was great to meet you, and I'm happy to have one of my murals in your art district, which I believe will grow into exactly the cultural hub that you envision. Thanks again.
71. Yuval Offir - My brother, you are a blessing the art community in Miami, and I'm not sure how many people tell you that on the daily, but I'm glad to add you right now to my gratitude list so that I can tell you just how grateful I am for your efforts here in the community. Giving me a platform to create my 33rd mural for The World Peace Mural Tour was very nice of you, and I really appreciate it. You are a solid dude, a stand-up guy.
72. Street Art Tallahassee - Chiarra and Daniel, connecting with you guys was truly a blessing. The way everything came together so perfectly, from the time I contacted you until the mural was finished was totally kismet, gave me a true feeling of perfect alignment with the Universe. Thank you for the paint, the hospitality, advice, and for connecting me with The Freight Yard and Yosties. You guys are the best.
73. Ian Wilkinson - I can't thank you enough, man. From including me in the 2016 "Burners & BBQ" event to connecting me with Michael Woods and The Western Carolina Rescue Mission, you have always been a solid supporter of fellow artists, and it was truly a pleasure to have the chance to also collaborate with you on a mural. I can't thank you enough for your involvement in my tour, and I look forward to working with you more in the future.
74. Michael Woods - "The world needs more people like you." I say that about you, and I've also heard others say that about me, so linking up with you and having the opportunity to create a mural at Western Carolina Rescue Mission was obviously meant to be. What you do for the community and for your fellow man is admirable, to say the least. Keep shinning!
75. Kevin Jantunen - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign, and thanks for having me as a guest on Vivid Arts: The Podcast. I'm glad that you were inspired enough to donate.
76. Barbara Michaels - I'm glad that I met you in New York and ran into you again in Miami, and I am so grateful for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign.
77. Seth Schere - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. I am happy to have known you for so many years, and to look be able to look back at so many examples of us supporting each other with what we do.
78. Jen Cohane - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. It's been so long since we've seen each other in person, and nothing lights me up more than getting a notification that I've received a donation from someone like you.
79. Nandi Smythe - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. I truly appreciate it.
80. David Garcia - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. The timing of your donation, right after my van was broken into in Atlanta, was perfect. You're a good dude, and I've always felt your supportive energy.
81. Tammy Kalasz - Thank you so much for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign. Your donation also came in on the day that my van was broken into, so it was received with extra gratitude. Thanks again.
82. Barbara Walsh - Thank you for your donation to my GoFundMe campaign, and for being my Aunt.
83. Street Art Tallahassee - I can't thank you guys enough, Chiara & Daniel. You really rolled out the red carpet for me in Tallahassee and helped me to really start the Summer 2017 leg of this tour with a bang. Once I met you guys I knew everything was going to work out and be awesome. I can't thank you enough... really. Getting me a wall, getting me some paint, giving me advice on color selection, helping to secure the Freight Yard as a sponsor, taking pics and videos. Really... as I think back, I'm actually kind of overwhelmed by just how helpful you guys were and how that really set the tone for my Summer. I would love to work with you guys again, and I'd also love a chance to return the favor. You guys are solid.
84. Yosties Chili Parlour - This place! What a unique little gem in Tallahassee. Home of the only chili dog that you can turn upside down. And Gary Yost, the owner... you are unique, inspiring, and really... just plain awesome. I really enjoyed meeting you and hearing your stories. You live a full life, and that's what I strive to do too. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in Tallahassee. Meeting you was seriously one of the more significant early highlights of the Summer 2017 leg of my tour. And thank you so much for that case of water. It came in very handy as drove on from Tallahassee.
85. Ian Wilkinson - My brother! Wow... it was such a pleasure to be able to collaborate with you on a mural. That was my second collaboration piece in the tour portfolio, and I absolutely love the way it came out. Honestly, you are like an Asheville artist icon, and the way that our mural came together so seamlessly was nothing short of kismet. Thank you so much, not only for collaborating with me, but also for connecting me with such an amazing venue for the mural. As an artist, as a curator, as a person, you are rock solid. Really... I'm trying to wrap this up, but as I type I just can't help but feel even more and more grateful as I think about you and about how you were so helpful right from the start, when I met you years ago, before I even started this project. More people should be like you. And I must thank you for connecting me with Wallace in Nashville. I guess birds of a feather really do flock together, cause she's just as awesome as you are. Thanks again, man. Thank you soooooo much... for everything. I am so happy to have you on this list. This was meant to be.
86. Western Carolina Rescue Mission - I have often said that this tour is quite literally my life's purpose. That feeling, and that idea of serving my purpose intensified and grew strong when I created World Peace Mural #35 at your place. Michael Woods, your commitment to the community, to the greater good, to helping people in need is the very definition of honorable. Your energy precedes you. I can see that you are most definitely serving your purpose too. This is why your are on Earth. I thank Ian for introducing us, and when I look at the strong, benevolent energy between the three of us, I know why the mural came out so awesome. It was a product of those energies. Having a chance to be a "fly on the wall" (or rather, an "artist on the wall") for two days at your mission gave me a unique opportunity to quietly observe and listen to all the people that are benefiting from your kindness and your efforts. Everyone there seemed just as gratful as I am for you and what you do. Also, I have to thank you for all the food too. Traveling on a tight budget and relying on donations can sometimes make it hard to keep my belly happy, but with all the food I ate during my 2 days at your place, I didn't have to worry about buying food, and that made it a lot easier to concentrate on doing the mural and making it look great. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to possibly coming back to do some more art.
87. Andrew Procyck - My brother! Every time I've been to Asheville over the past few years we've always linked up, kicked it, and had a good time, and you've always been a gracious host and a helpful and awesome friend. I'm so happy that I was able to do a mural for this tour at your brand new location for Noble Kava. I wish you continued success in your business, good energy, and good health. Until next time. Bula! Iahi!
88. Wallace Joiner - Ian Wilkinson was right. You are a good soul. I show up last minute in Nashville, and you roll out the proverbial red carpet for me... complete with whiskey, good conversation, a personally narrated tour of Nashville's street art, a genuine Honky Tonk event experience, some dope pizza, more conversation, free lodging in sweet house, a four star breakfast, and a mechanic recommendation. I really hope to come back to Nashville for the back end of the Summer 2017 leg of my tour, and I will definitely be in touch with you about that. Thanks again... for everything.
89. Mary Claire White - So, my 37th mural "Fell Into Place" in Memphis, Tennesse, at your store, which is called Falling Into Place. At this point in the tour, I am no longer surprised by all the serendipitous so-called "coincidences" and things like this. In fact, I expect them. I see the signs everywhere I go, and it all serves as confirmation that I am on the right path, serving my purpose. So, when I randomly walked into your shop and met you, I was also greeted by the feeling that this was definitely going to be the home of my next mural. I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to "muralize" your wall. I really appreciate the opportunity. Thanks again. So happy with how it all "fell into place."
90. Peace Is Possible - Wow! Immense gratitude to the four of you: Vanna, Amber, Marcus, and Julio. You made it happen. Just like the tour on the whole, this mural was the product of an idea... an impulse... I Googled "World Peace, Dallas" and found you guys. From there, we connected, made plans, followed through, and made it happen! The "idea" of doing a mural in Dallas became the "reality" of doing a mural in Dallas. What a pleasure to work with a group of like-minded individuals to co-create an awesome event, an awesome mural, and a whole new set of personal connections. And Vanna and Amber I must single you out for added gratitude for helping me out in so many extra ways. The food, the hotel, the care, the concern, all so very appreciated. And you guys are now Renda Writer Art collectors too! And Brock, it was truly a pleasure meeting you. You've got a good energy... a strong energy, and you and Amber are adorable together.
91. WAAS Gallery - Well, Brandy Michele Adams, you hit the nail right on the head when you said We Are All Stars, and the star power that made our event and the mural possible and successful was nothing short of supernova level. Thank you so much for taking me to the event at The Dallas Museum of Art and for introducing me to so many people. Thank you for letting me display my art in your gallery. Thank you for taking me to Lee Harvey's. Thank you for connecting me with your Dad and his mechanic. Thank you for connecting me with Joshua and Frank when I needed a place to crash. Thank you for connecting me with Taylor. Thank you for your part in making all of this happen. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Let's work together again.
92. Adams Supply Co. - I thank you, George Adams, for the wall space and for producing an awesome daughter. Thanks for connecting me with your mechanic too.
93. Leigha Weatherford - My Dallas friend! Thank you for everything. I appreciate all the help you gave me while I was creating the Dallas mural, and also just for being a cool like-minded artist to hang out with and explore Deep Ellum a bit. And big thanks to you and Aaron for giving me a place to crash on my last night in town. I love your art too. Keep doing it! I'm sure we'll cross paths again.
94. Taylor Alvarez - I've done 40 murals, all over the United States and Mexico, but I never had any cool drone footage of any of them until I met you. I thank Brandy for introducing us, and I thank you for shooting the mural, and the event, with your drone. And thanks so much for being available last minute. You're solid.
95. Adrian & Carla - The only reason I have a mural in El Paso is because of you guys. You got me the wall by connecting me with DOMES, took me in like family, took me out, showed me a good time, fed me, introduced me around, and reminded me again why I'm doing this tour... to connect with people... actual, real people from all over the world... people like you. It was great being in your world for a few days.
96. DOMES Boogie - The only thing I like doing more than a mural is doing a collaboration mural. The way we connected and brought a vision to life, right on the USA / Mexico border, in a half-day, was brilliant. We just banged it out. Thank you, homey, for being a part of this project, this tour, and this chapter in my life.
97. Jovanni "DREAM" Nez - Dude, I am soooo grateful for you. You bent over backwards for me and helped me out in every way imaginable. It was great to collaborate with you, work with you, and hang out with you in Gallup, New Mexico. You are a good person, and I got that sense from you the first time we talked on the phone. From that moment on, I knew I'd be doing a mural in Gallup, and I knew I'd be in good hands. I was right!
98. Amjad "MJ" Muslah - Brother, you were literally a blessing on this tour. If it weren't for you, I would still be in Gallup right now. LOL. I wouldn't be able to do this tour without my van, and anyone that fixes my van and keeps it running is beyond deserving of my gratitude. And not only that, but you also let me do 3 murals at Fast and Loud Auto Repair. I also really enjoyed our conversations and when I think back on my time in Gallup I just think, "Man, that dude MJ.... A solid dude. A cool family man, entrepreneur, and kind soul."
99. Malissa Stawicki - I am doing this tour basically for two reasons: To spread the message of World Peace, and to meet people. That being said, I'm really glad that I met you. I just walked in looking for some juice, and walked out with a 100ft wall. Situations like that, and people like you just make me swell up with gratitude. That's what this tour is all about. It's all because of you that I can say that I have a mural in Phoenix.
100. Pure Juice - A few years ago I worked at an organic cold pressed juice shop, and that's when my love for juice first started. Ever since then I've been hooked. I love trying all different brands of juice as I travel, and I was beyond grateful when I was working in Phoenix in 118 degree heat and turned around to see you guys with a bunch of fresh juice and snacks for me. What a feeling that was! Thanks again. Your juice is amazing.
101. ABC15 & Raquel Cervantes - Thank you for the news coverage! What a blessing it was to be featured on the 5 O'clock news on two different news stations, at the same time, while finishing up the mural in Phoenix.
102. CBS5 & Zahid Arab - Thank you for the news coverage! What a blessing it was to be featured on the 5 O'clock news on two different news stations, at the same time, while finishing up the mural in Phoenix.
103. Matt Nye - Dude! This is why I tour... to reconnect with people I haven't seen in a while and see how much they grown. I feel like you're on the brink of a blow up, man. Talent doesn't go unrecognized for long. Thanks so much for letting me crash with you, and just for being a cool friend to hang out with in LA. Keep doing your thing.
104. Alan Burgess - Man, I really can't thank you enough for stepping up and helping me out with painting the wall and preparing it for the mural in LA. You've always been one of the coolest cats I know, and I'm so glad that we've kept in touch and were able to connect with this mural. It always a pleasure to hang out with you, chat, and feel your energy, which is gentle, strong, and real. I love you, man.
105. Johnny Caicedo & 360 Eye Full - I owe you a big old bowl of gratitude with a side of extra appreciation and a tall glass of "Thank You." You literally took my tour to a whole new level by shooting 360 VR footage of my LA mural, and that is just plain dope. I'm also really glad that we got to hang out, and I thank you for buying me a beer, letting me crash on your couch, and cooking breakfast. It's nice to be able to connect with Florida people almost anywhere that I go and hanging with you gave me a little taste of the Sunshine State that I needed and appreciated. Thanks again man!
106. Maura McCarthy - You!!! Very grateful for the ways in which you were able to help me out while in Los Angeles. Thank you for getting me involved in the Canoga Third Thursdays Art Walk, giving me a big board to do art on, and of course thank you so much for connecting me with KYCC and arranging for the donation of the black paint that I so badly needed. Also, thank you for connecting me with Espy. If I can ever help you in any way, just let me know.
107. Souleye – Brother… It was such a pleasure to see you when I was creating my 43rd mural in LA. I’m not sure how aware of this you are, but honestly, you are really one of the main major influences in my life. When I first met you waaay back in the day I was just like, “This dude is great. I like him. He’s always smiling. Good sense of humor. Great energy…. and I love how he puts it all in his music. This dude is just great. We need more people like him.” Overall, it was just the energy that you put out. And I’m glad to see you still radiating that same good energy, after all these years. Thank you so much for coming out, bringing your son, giving me your CD’s, and buying me a slice of pizza. I love you bro! And THEN... to be able to hang out with you on my Birthday too!! That was just great. That was just wonderful. What a day!! And the next day... I'm at a coffee shop and I get a notification that you donated to my campaign and I just teared up. I had to catch my breath and allow a full-on happy cry to take over. What a moment that was. And it's kicking in again now, as I write this. You have always been an inspiration and a friend, and I'm sure it will always stay that way. I'm really grateful for you.
108. Jonathan "ESPY" Cirlin - Mural #45 would not have happened without you. I know our time together was sort of brief, but feeling respect for an artist and street art curator doesn't take long, and I felt that way within just a few minutes of meeting you, and seeing your work in the street too. Much respect for all you do!!! I love that I was able to get down with the Koreatown Wallz Project, and I know we'll be crossing paths again soon. I want to build further on things we talked about, and I respect your approach in the biz part. We'll be doing more together, I see it, but for now I need to thank you for making the 45th mural in the tour happen. Thanks again, bro.
109. Ruben Peiro - I am just as grateful for having met you as I'm sure you are for having met me. Individual paths always cross for a reason, whether the people involved know it or not. Those that are on a mission, serving a purpose, out on a literal journey... people like that... people like us... we tend to meet for a reason AND notice it AND embrace it as a time for a much-needed message or messages, and deliberate situation for energy exchange, created by the Universe. Finding you on Craigs List and taking you and Ese (one of the coolest dogs I've met) from LA to Phoenix was meant to be, for so many reasons, and I'm of course glad we met. It really is like the movie, "Waking Life." I couldn't have said it better myself. In fact... I've often described my life as feeling like that movie...I've said it before...and hearing you say the same thing withing 5 minutes of getting into my van... well, that's when I knew... that we were meant to meet, and you'd end up on this list of people I'm grateful for having met.
110. Badir McCleary - My dude!! Wow, I will try to keep this short, but that's going to be hard because of how much abundant overflowing gratitude I have for you. Everything always comes full circle, and in this highly serendipitous journey of mine, I am not at all surprised that my connection with you started when we met while I was working on my very first mural ever, in 2014. I'm glad we kept in touch. This was all destined.
Jeff Fox -
Eric Stawicki -
Shauna Stawicki - You guys have such a beautiful family,
Alain Maximilien - Simply stated, if I can just find someone like you in each country that I visit, then I can travel the world with ease. You catered to every single
Mario Petion Merveilleux - Showing up in Haiti and seeing you putting the finishing touches on the color
Patrick Scott - It was a pleasure meeting you while I was in Haiti. Hanging out with you and Alain was fun, and I really appreciated your enthusiasm for what I am doing with these murals. You also shot one of the coolest videos' ever while I was working on the mural at the orphanage.
Britt James - I love how you saw one of my murals, and that lead to us meeting, which lead to us We were lead together for a reason.
Alloyius Mcilwaine - We did it! We collaborated on a mural... and I'm sure it won't be the last time, either. Working with you on Mural #52 was awesome
Gavin DiRusso - Warehouse on Watts is an awesome space, and I am very appreciative of you for allowing me to create my 52nd mural here. I have more murals in Philadelphia than in any other city, and it's because Philly is filled with people like you... people who appreciate and want public art.
Jennifer Francesco - You are the very definition of "good peeps." Welcoming me into your world for a few days was awfully gracious of you
Evan Snow - I believe that when carried out with authenticity and deliberate positive intentions, even the smallest of actions produce some pretty major results. Case in point: You took 1 minute out of your day to connect me with Enrique Chiu, and only a month later, I found myself accomplishing a significant milestone achievement, creating a mural on the America / Mexico border wall. Something that big came from a gesture that small, all because you're a good guy, and you really understand the value of connecting people for the advancement of art and culture, whether it's in Broward
am really glad to have you on this list and I am grateful to say that I was able to
Enrique Chiu -
Looney - We meet the people in our lives for particular reasons.
The Mellwood Art and Entertainment Center - Thank you soooo much... Ali, Bridget, Joalid.... You guys were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for including me and World Peace Mural #56 in your "Spring Art Show." You guys have a beautiful facility.
Sara Ballew -
Paul Klov - I've always been grateful for you, bro. You've got a really big heart, and
Rodney Mayo - Being able to include your landmark venue in my tour was truly a blessing. I am proud to say that Mural #56 was created at Respectable Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. You've always been such an important fixture in Palm Beach County's nightlife, and
"No man is an island."
- John Donne
You've always been such an important fixture in Palm Beach County's nightlife, and
"Gratitude brings abundance."
